Dr. Catherine CoulthardCatherine graduated from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Social Work, with a Master of Social Work. As the social worker for the IBD program, Catherine is involved with research and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to assist patients with support, liaison to community resources and discharge planning. She also participates in two peer led outpatient support groups: The Pelvic Pouch Support Group and the Crohn's Support Network.
